Acupuncture/Massage Therapy/CranioSacral (5)
Tom Messina, LMT, LAc
I have been a licensed massage therapist for 25 + years, and have integrated many styles and techniques over that time. I attribute my longevity in the practice of massage therapy to daily practice of either qi gong, tai chi, or yoga, taking sufficient renewal time, and eating correctly, for my body.
I decided to become an acupuncturist long ago, after receiving treatment for a sudden, debilitating episode: my lower back muscles seized up, making me unable to stand up straight or walk any distance. At the end of that first treatment, I could stand up tall, and followed up with maintenance visits for several months after that. I also got rolfed in that period and would recommend it as a treatment method in a heartbeat. It’s painful, but it really alters one’s alignment.
I am a Colorado and New York state licensed acupuncturist and massage therapist, and a Diplomate in Oriental Medicine from the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM). I have a M.S. of Traditional Oriental Medicine from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine, a degree in Massage Therapy from the Swedish Institute, and a certification in CranioSacral Therapy from the Upledger Institute.

Samantha Myers - Yoga Basics
has had a love for yoga and meditation since she was 12 years old in
Maryland. She began practicing to stay limber as a cheerleader and
focused as a student. Her practice began to grow each year through out
high school and college to help manage anxiety and stress. At
a very young age she was keenly aware of her heightened intuition and
spiritual energy. Being deemed an "Indigo Child" she always enjoyed
learning about life energy, fairies, tarot cards and healing spirits. She
has traveled to 16 countries including India to deepen her passion and
practice of yoga and Reiki. Unable to find her bliss on the East coast,
she found herself in Colorado sharing her love of yoga and
Reiki. Samantha became a Karuna Reiki Master in 2012, and completed her
200 hour RYT certification through The University of Maryland Medical
School. She received her children's yoga certification through Radiant
Beginnings in Denver, CO.
Brittany Smith - Energy Movement & Meditation
Brittany is a yogini and an “energy scientist”. She enjoys watching, playing with, expanding, creating, feeling, and healing her own energy as well as the energy of her students, her community, mother earth, and the cosmos. She loves using yoga, especially the kriyas of Kundalini yoga, to generate energy, organize that energy, and be delivered to a specific energetic state – particularly one of greater awareness, love, and peace. Brittany has been practicing and teaching multiple styles of yoga for 5 years, including Ashtanga, Bhakti, Yoga Sculpt, and Kundalini, and is currently learning to play the harmonium to bring into the yoga classroom. She firmly believes in living a life of meaning, purpose, and fulfillment, and loves playing and connecting in community. Brittany’s Kundalini classes are focused on awakening the energy of consciousness, practicing in a way that sheds light on self-imposed limitations, and inviting all to think outside of the box and develop the intuitive mind. Brittany believes that you cannot stay the same after practicing Kundalini, so come join her and experience the magic! Sat Nam!
